The Art of Distillation

We begin with an introduction to viticulture and distillation in Liébana, a region where passion and traditional knowledge are passed down from generation to generation. In the still room, you’ll learn about the artisanal distillation process and have the chance to smell the natural botanicals that bring our AS de Picos gin, the most award-winning in Europe. Very few people have been lucky enough to enjoy such an exclusive experience.

The Magic of Parenting

We’ll continue on to our aging cellar, where time and wood work together to refine the wine. Discover how silence, temperature, and the winemaker’s art give rise to wines full of character and elegance.
